How much does a paver patio cost?
Most Tracy and Mountain House paver patios run $20 to $38 per square foot installed. The number depends on paver brand, base depth, drainage, and access. We give a written estimate after walking the project.
How long does a hardscape project take?
A standard backyard paver patio is typically 5 to 10 working days. Retaining walls, driveways, and outdoor kitchens add time depending on engineering and permits.
Do you pull permits?
Yes — when the project requires one. Retaining walls over 4 feet, driveways tied to public right-of-way, and gas runs for outdoor kitchens are common ones we handle.

How much does new lawn installation cost?
Sod typically runs $2.50 to $4.50 per square foot installed including soil prep, grading, and edging. A 1,200 sq ft lawn lands between $3,000 and $5,400.
What grass works best in Tracy and Mountain House?
Tall fescue blends are the workhorse — heat tolerant, traffic tolerant, and they look full year-round. Bermuda is the right call for full-sun, low-water yards.
Can you install drought-tolerant landscape?
